Every movement is attributed
A positive number, except for a correction, which may be
negative.
Sent to the server as integer paise.
A ward, a theatre, a department — never a patient. This
table is a store ledger, not a medication record.
Required for a correction. A stock correction with no stated
reason is the one row an auditor always asks about.

Expiring batches
Approximate, and deliberately so. This lists batches that came in with an expiry that has nearly arrived; tracking consumption per batch would need a table CBS does not have, and pretending otherwise would be worse than saying it plainly.
