Staff records
DK-44
Employment, and fitness for duty.
What is on this screen
This is the only screen in CBS that holds a member of staff’s health information, and it holds it because a roster cannot be drawn judiciously without it. It is restricted to administrators.
The duty roster does not read any of it. It is told only whether somebody is restricted and whether they may take nights — never the reason.
Reviews due
| Who | Restriction | Due | Recorded by |
|---|
Nothing is due a review
No duty restriction here has passed its review date. A restriction
with no review date at all is shown on the record as indefinite,
which is a deliberate choice rather than an omission.

No employment records yet
A record opens the first time anything is written against a person.
Everyone who can sign in is on DK-24; this screen is what the
establishment knows about employing them.
