Six products. One record underneath.
Dock runs the establishment, Medico is the clinician's own view, Care is the patient's door and Counter is the medical shop; the Attendant sits at the bedside and Lab runs the laboratory. They are separable on a price list and they share one patient identity: nothing is re-registered, re-keyed or reconciled between them.
The hospital management system: registration, beds, theatre, billing, the laboratory and imaging, the store, the roster, doctor onboarding, staff letters and the audit trail — everything that belongs to the establishment rather than to one clinician or one patient.
95 of 96 screens serving FeaturesThe doctor's own tool for the day's events, for communication with the hospital, the care team and the patient, and for AI-assisted consultation — the queue, the consultation, the prescription, investigations and their results, the ward round, the discharge narrative and the earnings statement, carried across every establishment they practise at.
22 of 22 screens serving FeaturesThe patient's own door: appointments, medicines, the reports and bills the hospital has released to them, the people looking after them, and the check-in, fall and SOS from the device at home.
19 of 19 screens serving FeaturesThe dispensary — medicines, surgicals and other consumables: the sale, dispensing against a prescription, stock in and out, expiry, the credit book, the day book and the statutory registers a drug inspector asks for.
12 of 12 screens serving FeaturesThe bedside device for a patient at home or on a ward. When it raises an alarm (SOS, a fall, the call bell, a missed medicine and more), it rings loud on the phone or computer of each person who follows it.
3 of 3 screens serving FeaturesThe laboratory, from the order to the signed report: the test menu and orders, bedside and home collection, a second person's verification of every value, daily quality control, reagent lots with their expiry, samples sent to an outside laboratory, and results reaching the doctor in Medico and the patient in Care.
15 of 15 screens serving FeaturesOne patient, followed from desk to desk.
The same episode, seen from each desk in turn. This is the whole argument for buying them together rather than separately.
-
Dock
The patient is registered at the front desk, given an appointment or a bed, and billed. One identity, created once.
-
Medico
The clinician opens that same patient, consults, and prescribes. Nothing was retyped to get there.
-
Counter
The prescription reaches the shop as a queue entry, is dispensed against stock, and writes its own register line.
-
Care
The patient and the family member see the plan, the medicines and the follow-up date, and ask for the refill when it runs out.
Which of them do you actually need?
Most establishments start with two. Thirty minutes and an honest answer about which two, and what the others would add later.
